Questions people ask first

We'd rather answer these than have you wondering.

Yes — genuinely, and permanently, for families. Providers pay a small fee only when you specifically request their contact. That's the only way money moves through the platform.
No. We don't sell your information, we don't trigger automated calls, and providers only see your number if you ask to be connected to them. The platforms you may have used before (including the well-known ones) do not work this way.
No. You'll see your results on screen right after the assessment. If you want a copy emailed to you or a permalink to come back to, you can — optional.
Mera doesn't handle facility placement. We'll point you to resources that do. Our scope is in-home care, legal, therapy, and care management — the services that typically come first.
Right now we only operate in Toronto and the GTA because that's where we've personally vetted providers. Enter your postal code and we'll tell you when we expand.
Licensing, insurance, at least two years in practice, publicly verifiable reputation, and references from peers in the senior care community. We re-check activity regularly and remove inactive providers.
